On request, breakfast (7 euros per person), lunch (12,50 euros per person) or dinner (19,50 euros pp) can be provided. This can be enjoyed at your own table. The request must be made at least one day in advance :)

BE CATERING



Paul Beavis was trained as a chef in the Netherlands. Then he worked in several establishments in Dordrecht for 10 years (Sybold, Bon Bouché, Rosas and others). Then he set up a restaurant in Lombok, Indonesia and then he was chef in the kitchen at La Figuera estate. During a winter season, he was also responsible for the starred catering in the chalets of the Grandes Alpes.

Marije van Driem learned as a program manager at Baak to organize large projects. In domestic life she likes to experiment with different ingredients and assists Paul in the kitchen.

Currently SOYEZ Catering was responsible for a number of weddings and parties in Languedoc Roussillon. From intimate (8 people) to large (150 people).
