Paul Beavis was trained as a chef in the Netherlands. Then he worked in several establishments in Dordrecht for 10 years (Sybold, Bon Bouché, Rosas and others). Then he set up a restaurant in Lombok, Indonesia and then he was chef in the kitchen at La Figuera estate. During a winter season, he was also responsible for the starred catering in the chalets of the Grandes Alpes.
Marije van Driem learned as a program manager at Baak to organize large projects. In domestic life she likes to experiment with different ingredients and assists Paul in the kitchen.
Currently SOYEZ Catering was responsible for a number of weddings and parties in Languedoc Roussillon. From intimate (8 people) to large (150 people).
